The six results this test can return

Five languages, plus the blended result for people whose top two land within a point of each other.

Words of Affirmation

You register love in what is said out loud. A well-timed "I'm proud of you" or "I noticed that" carries more weight for you than most gestures, and silence, even comfortable silence, can start to feel like distance if it goes on too long.

Quality Time

Presence is the thing you actually track. Not just being in the same room, but having someone's attention without a phone or a task competing for it. A rushed hour together means less to you than a slower thirty minutes.

Acts of Service

You feel loved through what gets handled. When someone notices what needs doing and just does it, that lands harder for you than words ever could.

Gifts

It was never about the price tag. What matters is the evidence that someone was thinking of you when you weren't in the room.

Physical Touch

Closeness is how you register connection. A hand on your shoulder, sitting near instead of across the room, these small physical cues carry information for you that words sometimes cannot.

Blended

Two languages are pulling roughly equal weight for you, which the original framework doesn't fully account for but shows up constantly in practice. It usually means you have two distinct ways of feeling loved, and missing either one for too long is what you would actually notice.

Where the questions come from

The five love languages come from Gary Chapman's 1992 book of the same name. This is a short Likert adaptation, fifteen statements with three per language, rather than the forced-choice format of the original.
