How the tests work

Each test is a short set of statements, 12 to 15 depending on the test, and takes about 3 to 4 minutes. You rate each statement on a five-point scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree, and your result is worked out the moment you answer the last one.

There are no right answers. In some tests a few statements point the other way, so agreeing with everything does not decide the result on its own.

There is no sign-up, email or account. Your answers stay in the page while you take a test and are not stored or sent. Only an anonymous event noting that a test was started and which result came up is recorded, with no answers attached.

Taking them as a couple

The tests are built for one person, so the easiest way to use them together is to take the same one separately, each on your own phone, without looking at each other's answers. Then share your results and talk about where they differ.

A difference is not a problem to solve. The useful part is knowing what the other person notices, and what makes it easier for them to feel close.

If the gap you keep running into is about how often or how much each of you wants intimacy, the no-blame guide to mismatched desire walks you through it together, step by step. For conversation ideas to go with your results, browse the relationship guides by topic.

Frequently asked questions

Which free test should I take first?

The one closest to what is on your mind. If nothing stands out, the love language test is the quickest and the easiest to talk about afterwards.

Are all three tests free?

Yes. All three are free, with no sign-up, no email and no limit on how often you take them.

How much can a short test tell me?

Enough to show a lean, not a fixed trait. Each test is a short adaptation of a published framework, made for self-reflection rather than measurement. Treat the result as a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict about you or your relationship.

Can my partner see my answers?

No. Your answers stay in the page on your device, and only you see the result. It is up to you whether to tell your partner what came up or send them the link so they can take the same test.

How are these tests different from the couples quiz?

The tests are about you: how you notice care, how you handle closeness and how desire shows up for you. The couples quiz is about the two of you. You each answer privately, and it shows where you already agree.

These are about you. The real quiz is about the two of you.
